Ultra Durable!

Stickers are no good if they don't last!  We make our stickers using the highest quality vinyls, we print using superior inks and finish them off with high quality over laminates.  This makes our stickers tough and able to withstand the harness of the weather, UV sunlight and against scratches.

Share The Love

Don't forget to share your awesome stickers with everybody

Kiss cut stickers are special.   They are the best of both worlds.

The sticker itself is cleanly trimmed like a die-cut sticker.

But the backing paper is trimmed evenly which makes it great for distribution.

Die cut vs Kiss cut.

We find kiss cut that little easier to peel off the backing paper.

FILE FORMATS

We accept all graphical file formats.  But for best results, you will want to supply your artwork in vector art format.  This includes file types: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.

If you can't supply your artwork in these formats and only have raster images, for example: PNG, JPG, TIFF.  Then you will want to make sure your artwork is at least 300dpi.

If you're unsure what the dpi is on your artwork, a good indicator is the file size.  Small file sizes in the kb's or less, has a good chance of not having a high enough dpi.  If you artwork is in the mb's then you might have a good chance that it has a fairly high resolution.  The bigger the file size, the better the chances.  If you're still unsure, contact us, and add your artwork as an attachment and we will have a look.

COLOURS & PANTONE

We print in CMYK.  For best results you should set your artwork to CMYK mode.  If you use RGB or PANTONE or anything else, you will get a colour that is matched as close as possible.  RGB you can experience huge shifts in tone and brightness.  With PANTONE, we use the CMYK equivialent.

We do not guarentee 100% colour match.

Also, what you see on your screen to what you see as a printed item can be vastly different depending on your screen setup.

FONTS

When printing the smallest font we can comfortably print is 4pt.  This is extremely tiny and is very hard to read with the naked eye.  We suggest at least 8pt and above.

This is what 8pt font looks like.  Would you want to go any smaller.

For cad-cut lettering, the smallest text height allowable is 10mm.

REMEBER TO CONVERT YOUR TEXT TO CURVES.

CUT LINES

Most of the time we know where to put the cutline.

If you have special cutline instructions, please feel free to indicate where you want you cut line.  For best results, use a vector curve or line and round the corners above 3mm.  Sharp corners can lead to your sticker lifting or easily tearing.  If you are suppling your artwork in a jpg, png or raster file, save it as separate file with your cutline included.
